Deanne

Deanne's love for sewing started at a young age when she began making clothes for her Barbie dolls. Over the years, she has honed her skills in various forms of needlework, including crocheting, knitting, cross-stitch, quilting, and sewing. During the pandemic, Deanne found solace in creating bags, which quickly became her specialty. She enjoys experimenting with different fabrics and designs, always striving to create items that are both stylish and practical. Deanne is committed to upcycling, transforming used materials into brand new, one-of-a-kind bags and household goods that reflect her creativity and craftsmanship.

Amber

Amber pursued her passion for art by majoring in it during college. Her artistic journey has led her to explore various mediums, including painting, jewelry making, ceramics, and crafting. Amber's talent for engraving on wood and metal adds a unique touch to the Sugar JAR offerings. She loves the challenge of upcycling, finding innovative ways to breathe new life into old materials. Amber's creations are a testament to her artistic vision and dedication to sustainability. Whether it's a beautifully engraved piece or a handcrafted artwork, Amber's work embodies the essence of art.
